Saturday

Dinner 6:30 p.m.

     First Course
    Yumber day tart, salt of all kinds of herbs and flowers, Irish bread
        

Second Course
     Pork in Piquant sauce, buttered barley, honeyed vegetables, barley bread
        

Third Course
  meat pie, curly kale, bannocks and jams
        

Desert Course
     Dundee cakes, orange omlette for harlots and ruffians
